Daily, the indoor pool room opens
about 8am and closes at 11pm. That area has a 16x32 heated pool and a large
hot tub inset into the shallow end of the swimming pool. The indoor pool area is a great place
to avoid summer sunshine or to soak in the hot tub after a long day of shopping. Some people say it's fun just to sit
in the hot tub and watch the blowing snow. The outdoor pool is a gathering place for adults and kids. But, wouldn't you know it, seems like the kids have the best deal with their own waterfalls, a secluded little pool, and the winding creek that empties into the big kids pool. Moms always find reasons to sit in the kids pool, even after the kids leave. |

| The famous 110 store Osage Beach Premium Outlets is next door. In fact, there is a private sidewalk from Quail's Nest to the outlet mall so a car really isn't necessary. The Osage Beach Premium Outlets is closed only two days each year. |

Missouri is known as the "Cave State", but in addition to all of the local caverns, the Lake area also has the largest state park in Missouri and the newest park. The newest and certainly one of the more unusual state parks is the Ha Ha Tonka castle grounds. Hiking trails, picnicking, fishing, swimming and gobs of history. One afternoon, and all of those memories are yours to take home. |

| When is check-in and check-out times? Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. We cannot guarantee check-in before 3pm, but if your room is available, you may check in earlier than 3pm. As soon as you arrive at the lake, please stop at the Quail's Nest for info on activities, discount coupons and current lake area entertainment. |
| Do your rooms have high speed internet? Some rooms have hard wired access in addition to wireless. Public areas and many rooms have wireless available. Please request a room with internet access if that is an important requirement |
| Do any of your rooms interconnect with other rooms? Some rooms have interconnecting doors. With interconnecting doors we can create a three or four room suite. Please request availability if that is an important requirement |
| What's the difference between a two queen and a two queen deluxe? A two queen deluxe is a larger ground-level pool-side outside entrance room. They have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. |

| Do you have suites or motel rooms with kitchen facilities? We have a limited number of rooms with microwaves, refrigerators and coffeemakers. Please verify availability if that is an important requirement |
| Do you have suites or motel rooms with hot tubs or jacuzzis? We have a limited number of rooms with over-sized Jacuzzi type tubs. Please request availability upon making your reservation |
| Do we have to drive to everything from Quail's Nest? We are within walking distance of a fast food restaurant, six other restaurants that range from family faire to fine dining. We have a sidewalk that enters the 110 store Premium outlet mall, a bank and an ice cream shop. |
| What is included with the continental breakfast? Orange juice, coffee, tea, donuts, bagels, English muffins and breads. Available 7am until 10am daily. |
| How far are you from the lake? We are NOT located on the lake, but Quail's Nest is only 3/4 mile from the lake, marinas, scenic cruises, boat rentals and jet skis. |
| What mile marker are you located? We are NOT located on the lake. Quail's Nest is located on Highway 54 just about equal to the Osage 19 mile mark. |
| What is included with the rooms? All rooms have hair dryers, iron/ironing board, cable TV, HBO, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, continental breakfast, coffeemaker upon request. smoking or non-smoking, and large poolside sundeck. |
| Is there an additional charge for a roll-away bed or crib? Cribs or Pack-n-play type beds are no charge. Roll-away beds are $5.00 per night plus taxes. |
