We offer free group planning for your club

Lodging - Quail's nest has a variety of accommodations in standard rooms and one-room and two-room suites 
Catered meals - You may bring in your own food & beverage or have it catered.  Our staff will offer information on catering menus and current pricing.
Meeting rooms - Groups of ten rooms or more are often given meeting space at no charge other than cleanup fees.
No added hotel fees - There are never hidden resort fees or gratuities!  Parking is free and on property.
Ability to pay individually - You can set up your group to be responsible for paying separately and even arrange for each person or family to make their own reservations, add additional nights and we'll help them plan their free time.
